Our executive team maintains membership with key health organisations, such as the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Australian Association of Practice Managers. Our medical leadership team maintains strong links with the medical community, participates in comprehensive continued professional development and is available 24/7 to mentor our doctors and discuss with our GP subscribers any element of the care we provide.

All doctors working with us are registered by the Medical Board of Australia. Many hold Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).

Doctors working with us through the Approved Medical Deputising Service Program (AMDSP) are further assessed by the Department of Health and Ageing prior to placement on the program. Doctors on the AMDSP are required to meet stringent continuing medical education requirements as required by the RACGP and are mentored by our Medical Advisory team towards achieving Fellowship of the RACGP.

All of our Call Centre staff participate in rigorous orientation and training programs. Monitoring and key performance reporting systems ensure our staff provide patients with respectful and professional service at all times.

As participants on the Department of Health Approved Medical Deputising Service Program, DoctorDoctor meets the further quality obligations of that program. Our commitment to the provision of genuine Medical Deputising for and on behalf of General Practice is further reinforced by our membership of the GP Deputising Association www.gpda.com.au/
